Orders Over £100:

Free Delivery Orders over £100 will be sent carriage paid unless the item is marked specifically. Typically these items are heavy, large or dangerous goods that require additional handling.

Orders Under £100:

Orders under £100 will be charged according to the combined packed weight of the order.

Parcels under 1kg

• £5 Parcels over 1kg
• £10 Surcharge for order under £25
• For orders totallying under £25 a surcharge of £2 will be added.
• We are able to keep the cost of delivery down for the majority of our customer to do this we need a minimum spend. We are happy to see you avoid this surcharge by ensuring that your order is over £25.

Collect from Store

You are invited to collect from store to avoid all carriage charges. Certain items - in particular wood boards are flagged as collect from store only. Please contact us if you are not able to collect these items as there may be alternative delivery options.

How long will my delivery take?

We will use the most economical method of carriage and use a variety of suppliers to ensure the best prices. We guarantee delivery of your order within 21 days from order. For certain times of the year or during extreme weather it may be necessary to revise this however details will be posted on the website.

The majority of orders will be dispatched from us on the first working day from receipt of an order. Tracking information will be provided with all orders dispatched through TNT. See the table below for our normal expected delivery times.
