Here at Burhouse 2.0 LTD we have made every possible effort to make things as easy as possible for you. We have tried to make navigating the site easy, ensuring you get to the product you want as easily as possible. We also hope that you also find our shopping cart and checkout system easy to use. However we understand that you may have some questions or concerns about shopping so we have tried to answer them below:

How do i navigate round the site?
On the left hand side of the site you will see 3 areas. The first is a search box, if you are looking for a particular item enter your search criteria in it.
The second area allows you to shop by category. Simply select a category you are interested in and you can browse through the products.
The third box is the quick links area. You can browse products by brand and offers here, just select the relevant link to see the products.
Shopping Cart - I select to add something to my Cart, but now I can't find it - where has it gone!
Once something is added to your cart you can get to it anytime by select the 'view your basket' link in the top right of the page or in the left hand navigation pane.
Shopping Cart - I want to order more than one of the same item, how do i do this?
When you are viewing your cart the fourth column along is your quantity column. Next to each items quantity you will see an up and a down arrow. Select the up arrow to order more of the item and the down to order less.
Checking Out - I don't want to register, do i have to?
No! you need not register to purchase something from our site. We require your email address to send an order confirmation out to, however if you do not enter a password you will not register on our site. However it will mean you have to re-enter your address every time you come back to shop here and you will not be able to view past order history's so it is well worth registering!
Checking Out - Can i have a different delivery address to invoice address?
Yes. When you are checking out you will be prompted for a delivery address. At the bottom of this page you will see the option to state you require a different delivery address to invoicing one. If you miss this step you can change your address at the confirmation stage at any time.
Checking Out - Which shipping type do i need?
Beneath each shipping type is a description of what it is and why it may benefit you. If you still have questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Checking Out - What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payment types are displayed at the payment stage for you to see. If you don't see the one you want to pay with then contact us and we see if it is possible to take payment an alternative way.
Checking Out - My order has been confirmed - what next?
You should recieve an order confirmation on the email address you specified giving you the details of your order along with your order ID. Once your order has been posted and dispatched you will recieve another email confirming the dispatch. However if you want to contact us about the order please do not hesiate to do so.
Checking Out - How do I view my past orders?
If you selected to register and entered a password we have created an account for you on our system already. Just select 'customer accounts' from the quick links menu and you can login to see your orders.
If you are not registered then you will not be able to see past orders - another reason to be a registered member!! However you
can contact us at any time to get your order details resent out.
