NEWS

We continue to grow our range of timbers and our recent additions are soon to be enhanced with further exotic arrivals in February ’08. We have managed to source a quality supply of native timbers that will become available from midyear in various sizes and at competitive prices.
SHOWS
We will be hosting an extra show this year in the absence of the Scottish National Show normally held at the SECC. As a one off show we are planning an event encompassing innovation and variety. Due to space restrictions this is to be a ticket only event and will allow us to manage numbers and plan ahead better.

COURSES

We continue to run courses in woodturning and plan to run more variety of courses in the future. Currently plans are being made for routing, basic furniture and wood finishing workshops.

05-01-07 - December show days

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all that came along to our show days; the turn out was fantastic. Everybody seemed to thoroughly enjoy their visit.
Thanks also to the demonstrators from Chestnut, Sorby, Brimarc, Ashley Isles, Liberon and of course demonstrating turning Tony Wilson. All the demonstrations and advice available was appreciated by all with many customers telling us they’d been fascinated by the new products and tools being shown and new tricks and techniques being learned, many were away back to the workshop to ‘have a go’.
Thanks to the Gordon woodworkers who came along in force turning it into a real day trip. We were amazed and delighted by how far people had travelled on the day.
Again many thanks and we hope to see you all again in 2007.
