Customer SatisfactionYour custom is important to us and we wish you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. Therefore all our products have a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it unused in good condition in its original packaging with in 7 days and we will give you a full refund. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for return postage costs. In the event of any problems regarding a product please contact us prior to return. We are committed to compliance with the rules and regulations connected with distance selling. For more information see http://www.oft.gov.uk/business/legal/dsr/default.htm . These rules do not apply to business to business contracts however we will undertake suitable actions in these circumstances. Buy purchasing your items you are committed to buying the items at the listed price and that you wholly agree with our terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or Debit Card (Switch, Solo or Delta). Please note that stringent security checks are observed to ensure against the fraudulent use of cards. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to accept orders over the Internet from account holders unless you are using a credit/debit card. In the normal way.
Please note that we are unable to accept American Express
Internet orders are at the stated prices only.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Services either by email, fax or telephone as soon as possible as; otherwise goods may have already been despatched. Where items have been specially ordered to fulfil your requirement we may levy a cancellation charge which is at the discretion of Burhouse 2.0 LTD.
Order Processing
Our Customer Service team will be pleased to assist with enquiries concerning the processing of an existing order, short or non-delivery, customer returns, faults and any other problems. Whilst we endeavour to provide a full and efficient service, errors do occur and any complaints should be advised to Customer Services 01350 727723
Back Orders
We try to keep back orders to an absolute minimum but being dependent on numerous suppliers and due to the specialised nature of some items, it is inevitable that there will sometimes be something out of stock. We will retain items on back order and despatch the items as soon as we have them in stock unless you inform us otherwise. No Postage/ Packing charges are made on back orders, except on Export orders.
Returns of damaged/faulty goods
All orders are carefully checked before despatch, but should an error occur or the goods be found to be faulty/damaged or not fully to your satisfaction and you wish to return them to us please contact us first.
Our Customer Services will allocate an official Return Number and advise the correct procedure. Failure to obtain a Return Number may result in delay in dealing with your return. No replacements will be issued until the original item is returned. In all instances a copy of the invoice will be required. Goods should be returned in original packaging. In some instances handling charges may apply. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for return postage costs incurred, which have not been authorised by Customer Services or are being returned through no fault of Burhouse.2.0 LTD
Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt of order otherwise claims may not be entertained.
Terms and Conditions
i) All items are subject to availability.
ii) VAT is included in all prices, charged at the current rate of 17.5%, this is subject to changes in legislation.
iii) We reserve the right to alter specifications.
iv) All goods remain the property of Burhouse 2.0 LTD until paid for in full.
v) Burhouse 2.0 LTD customers assume responsibility for the goods being reasonably suitable for the purpose for which they are required. See note iv) above.
vi) The company shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising out of any breach of condition warranty or contract on the part of the company in respect of the Goods. The company's liability for any such breach in respect of the goods shall be limited to their net invoice value or (at the company's discretion) to the replacement of the goods.
